Singing lessons are for anyone wanting to have a deeper relationship with music and their voice. Regardless of your level of experience, the process will be organic and creative and will allow you to move towards an experience of freedom and well-being.

I offer a range of yoga classes in the Sivananda tradition as part of any mindfulness program. I am available for yoga teacher trainings, workshops for yoga studios, festivals, events and retreats. I specialize in the Sivananda style of asanas, provide instruction in chanting and am available for consultation and mentorship. My emphasis is on designing programs for diverse populations, including people in recovery, people living with chronic pain, using chair yoga, and movement as a mindfulness tool.
