I am a settler on the stolen lands of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, now called Bend, OR. I am mama, teacher, activist and music maker. I am a life-long learner.

Through yoga, mindfulness, singing and chanting, it has become my mission to help shine a light where there is darkness, to help cultivate curiosity where there is judgment and to help people open their hearts and minds to lead a more fulfilling life.
